Chris started working in Real Estate in 1984. Chris swiftly obtained associate status with the Real Estate Institute and opened his own Real Estate office, North Harbour Real Estate Ltd MREINZ, in Milford on the North Shore in 1987. In 2004 the company became a specialist rental and property management company. In 2007 The company name was changed to Rentex Limited.

My wife and I, through our family trust, have been collecting rental investments since 1980. I am dedicated to the long term ownership and management of rental property.
